How Cold Is It Where You Live ?

I am currently living in northern Alberta, right now it was 44 below (Celsius) 47 below in F. I was just out with the car and it's so cold that the tires are frozen in the shape they are parked in so it's like riding with square tires you can't drive more than about 10 MPH until they warm up.

I am from New Jersey and the winters there are no comparison. Oh how I wish I lived in Florida right now.

Holy crap, that's cold! That's what you get for moving to Canada. Not too bad here in Philly today, will be in the 40s but windy. But how's the sailing in Alberta today?

I live in south central Michigan and when I went to bed last night it was 46 degrees. When I got up this morning it was 18 with 15mph winds.
Right now it is 7 degrees with 23mph winds with a wind chill of -14.
Hope it is warmer in Chicago this weekend.

Right now in Chicago its about 2F.
This weekend calls for more snow on Friday.
Temps around 30F.
It amazing how warm 30 degrees feels compared to 0.

Remind me never to go to Alberta.

It was 7 C last night when I went to bed.

Then my little sailor's watch noted a barometric pressure drop of 38 mbars.

Now it's -7C and we've got 40 knots of wind.

Yay!

52F today... warmer than usual... and then it's supposed drop to 25F tonight... about average for this time of year.

This weekend it's supposed to get above 60F on the coast so it's time to go check on the boat. Besides, i need a break from all this wedding planning crap anyway!

Last night when I went to bed the Admiral pointed out it was not yet a cold day in hell; so I shifted back over to my side.
