I kinda miss Gringos posts too - must have knocked out internet access when they built the pier to that awesome home of theirs... that or G started negative repprng him under SDs name... which may explain why he will be dissapearing soon enuf..

I imagine though that given enough time - it is a cycle... when on the down side and off the boat things are less important online but online is good on ya, and when life gets ya where ya want...a stay of execution from the cozy chair with INET access, aint half bad..

Dale's nom de plume was Goose, I believe. I miss him greatly. We've not heard from Bill Trayfors in awhile either.

Well nobody has spoken the proper incantation in a while - just ask a highly technical question about radio propagation or antennas and use the word logarithm a few times and I'm sure that'll summon him back.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Cam,
He said goodbye a couple of months ago. I forget the reason but something about imcompatability of ideas or something like that.

Haven't noticed SailorMitch lately either. As well as a few other of the older (as in join date) members that used to be active.

Cam,
I think it was in the Stolen Tayana thread that Gringos checked out.
