It means you are all very sad men. You all jumped to the conclusion it was posted by a he (correct) AND that he was after an American crew (wrong). God only knows why. There IS life (and in most instances a better one) outside the U.S. Go sailing in your boat sometime instead of playing dockside expert and you may experience a revelation....lol

Good for you Bodrumsail - god loves a tryer !

If the guy was in Elyria, Ohio you wouldn't think twice about it. And, if he was paying airfare, visas, etc... all you guys would be getting fitted for wigs-except CD-he's already got one.

Yes you would, have you ever been to Elyria?

Someone's getting a bad start to the weekend! BTW, you haven't been around here long enough to draw any conclusions about the people on this site. There is more real experience here than on any other site you visit so I'll give you the same advice you gave us, go sailing.

Something is lost in the translation here. adv?, 31 feet sailing boat, a one week sail, West coast of the Atlantic??? Any woman that would do this would be at risk. Some people call this 'fishing'. Imagine trying to find your loved one who went missing due to that post?? The only sexist comment, [outside of bettysws] is the original post because they eliminated any males from going. I think a guy would be nuts to invest in that deal.

All the guys replying here, desperately stuck in sexual affairs and behind their minds nothing valuable exists. This may be also the reason why G.W. Bush was elected as President there. I think it is due to material life there in US. I advise you all to read a little history and learn something about other countries. Let me correct some of your nonsense sentences.
Hashis is free in Holland but not in Turkey.
Look at the criminal statistics, Turkey is more safe than US for human life.
I wish all of you have lovely sailing.

bodrum,
I was defending you, right up until that last post. "desperately stuck in sexual affairs and behind their minds nothing valuable exists". I can get that kind of claptrap on the campus of any American university, I don't need it from sailnet, or some three post member. To your socioanalysis of America, her citizens, and her leaders I have one response. Bite Me!
