Hmm... You're looking for a woman to crew on a boat that is owned/operated by you, someone she doesn't know from Adam in a foreign country in not the safest part of the world ATM, and they have to pay their way there, aren't getting paid and have to work while they're there.
Such a SWEET DEAL... NOT!...
Are you paying their visa fees or air transport? Now, exactly why would they want to do this—especially when so little information has been given, and the boat is not exactly a megayacht... being only 31' long. Most 31' boats are a tight fit for a couple, much less two strangers for a week.
