Unfortunately the Brits are known for a certain level of raucous behavior around the world. I've seen it in seaman's clubs all over the world. Certainly not all Brits or even a majority, but a significant number so as to be able to say, "another Brit acting up".
What is absolutely remarkable is the lack of admission of responsibility as if the old, I was drunk, excuse still carries any weight-in the Emirates or anywhere else for that matter.
