"Momma Mia"

Took the little lady to see the musical Mamma Mia at the movies last night. Six guys in a room of 3oo ladies, boy did the girls love this movie. I thought it was real good, looked like they had a blast filming this thing. The little miss was so happy that I took her to this, that I was so sweet to take her to a chick flick. Guys do the missis a favor and take her, you will enjoy it also, well most of it and dont beat me up to much, do it for her!

As chick flicks go it wasn't to bad. Now I think I'm safe in refusing to see "Sisterhood of the traveling pants 2". As well as the next couple that come out. At least in this one the music is livable and the more then a few of the cast are worth looking at for awhile. Bikinis are featured often.

I'm not much on musicals, but I know they have a loyal following. Chrissy and I went to see "The Dark Knight", Heath Ledgers last film. I'm not a Batman fan really, but this was a first class movie and worth a look.

Speaking of Batman, I always thought Michael Keaton in the original Batman movie, played the part, very well.

I'll confess I loath musicals. Admittedly for me Abba is scraping the bottom of a particularly putrid barrel but as a genre, blech !!

To continue the mutual agreement society, I liked Keaton as Batman as well.

Havn't seen the new one as yet.

I got dragged to the play in Minneapolis about 10 years ago. The whole audience really got into it and participated. Abba was great, In short I loved it.

The stage performance of "Mamma Mia" was great. The movie, not so much.

Yep, Keaton was good in the original and Kim Basinger, well, she was looking mighty fine too.
