So what have I missed in the last month and a half? (yes, I was actually gone...) It's been a crazy summer--hope you all are holding your own and enjoying yours. From a quick glance around...it does look like we're missing some folks. So, what's new?

Giu is sulking and playing in SA's sandbox for a while.
Fred got a new boat and still loves us
Courtney bless her heart is battling bravely
Charliecobra just blew an engine
Jody thinks hes a racing stud now
Sway....well is still Sway...Thank goodness
Cam has lightened up..almost too much
SD still posts to every thread even if its useless stuff
Lots of new members
Negative reps are now history
The Beezer is still in New Bern Looking for work
Simon is ...hey where is Simon now by the way Close to Australia anyway
Ian is flush with a crew of girls
Several others are on vacation sailing or out sailing most week ends
Im still not in the water and getting ornery
CD has been pretty quite
Chuck is down to fighten weight
True blue is still boat-less
MaineSail is still on one soap box or another
BJ took away one of our favorite pictures on SailNet

Etc....Etc...

Ahhh shoot you get the idea ..Just another episode in Days of our lives.

Hey Cam! No book signings yet--still waiting to hear from an agent who is reading it...biting my nails...re-writing bits here and there.

It's been busy this summer--working on the house, keeping up with the kids (my littlest just got over pneumonia), writing, trying to stay sane. I plan to take a vacation soon. Really.

Wellllll....I hate to chat and run, but it seems SN is abandoned somewhat for the evening and I am neglecting some chores...I will pop back in soon. I will try to check in more often than every third Monday on a blue full moon from now on--I've missed some of you. Not all of you--but statistically more of you than I would say is likely for someone who doesn't like most people.
