Is this some kind of test?

Had to go to the E.R last night.
TheCuban has been having some "issues". The latest, and final straw for me was that it took her over an hour to get home (11 miles) from work so,
off to the "me doctor" on their coats guys (almost had to knock her in the head with a pipe to get her to go) wrong turns, disorientation, blurred and double vison, numbness on one side of her face, tremors, one eye wanting to not stay in the same direction as the other...

Diagnosis?

Multiple Sclerosis

This has got to be some kind of test, eh? they ain't serious are they?
Yea, they are, serious as a heart attack.

Prognosis? Not all that hot really, the Brainiacs are de-ciphering that now, will know more after a barrage of very expensive tests.

Jeezus,

Hang in there, that is the best I can say, or anyone can probably say right now.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

It's hard not knowing what's around the corner and even harder sometimes once we round the bend. Dad is getting an MRI today and we're keeping our finger crossed.

Hang in there.
