Press is out of control...
The press is out of control.
I just clicked on CNN and they have a picture of a half-covered dead body from the plane crash. I certainly hope no one who might have had family on that plane clicks on CNN.
Between that and the "Is John McCain like George Bush... or the Obama was a Restless Youth..." I am just going to stick to sports.

I was watching Fox this AM and the Fox affiliate over in Spain or where ever this happened got all excitied about them finding bodies in one half of the fuselage, The Spain reporter said something to the effect of wanting to get a shot of the bodies and the FOX reporter here in the states said uhh, NO thanks
Thought that was a heartless as you could get and I was glad to see the American Fox station cut them off

After watching their videologies one could gather the John McCain likes Restless Bush and Obama liked a youth named George...........very confusing and getting really old

Falls in line with 'Blood and Guts' TV 'real operations', Jennie Jones, Maury Polvich, Jerry "Give 'em what they want" Springer, Cops, Dog the bounty hunter....yada, yada, yada! Can't wait for the televised executions(although that could possibly be a deterrent) and the Naked Weather w/Hillery Clinton.   Geez, a sad commentary indeed!

CD, the formal name for August in the newspaper business is "Silly season" because there rarely is any real news (everyone who is anyone is out of town on vacation, governments are in recess, etc.) so ANYTHING is seized upon to fill the papers.
And what could be better to seize upon than blood and destruction? Body parts are the only thing that outsell "Cat gives birth to poodles!"
Check your calender: I'm sure the US is not the only nation where, literally, there are no state or federal holidays in August--because no one would be around to celebrate them!
