Could this be?! I've lived and swam in southern mass and have never seen a shark. Are there other fish that could be mistaken for a shark? Have any of you seen something like this? It was so surreal -- how packed they were, and how up-close they were to the boat.

Sharks don't school like that do they ?
I remember coming across a massive school of fish as you describe but it turned out they were something like Mackeral. Big fish with fins like a shark but they were full grown at a couple of feet long.
