There is a reason why Barrack Huessien Obama's oversea's approval is ever so high... If you wanted a weak leader who would appease your desires who would you desire to work with??? Yes, Osama is your man... Un less your in Isreal... I am a dem converted to repub years ago- only to become independent over the last years of this great life I enjoy...

Besides being retired from the service and a person who understands politics beyound what I pay for gas at the pump- I am a person who can see a person who is qualified and one who lacks qulaifications... In the armed services- it is ALL about Qualifications... Ossama is a man of appeasement and one with out any real accomplishments...

It is His pastor who blames Jewish Americans for america's problems... That may be a reason why He only holds a 3% lead in NJ and 5% lead in NY...

Even much of my sposes family (irish catholic) and very democratic are voting republican for a second time in history... Reagan was first- but then look at what the economy was back then- only a fool would have voted for carter...

I stated NJ.... The Empire state was NY and Constitution state CT... Yes, My family is throughout the N.E. Rather then just saying the Garden state- I could just state- Hoboken, Freehold, Manalapan, etc..... I have much family throughout Jersey!!!

They are self respecting Jews who could never support Osama... My spouse who has much family in PA and OH as Irish Catholics feel likewise... It is what it is................

The original premise of the thread really sought to address the issue of political power for a party that has a majority in the houses of congress as well as the presidency. In particular, I read it to imply that a vote for Sen. Obama in the upcoming election would really be handing law making over to Speaker Pelosi and Sen Reid.

Given that Sen. Obama has no record of significant accomplishment in the legislative branch, what would an analysis of the records of both the Speaker and the Senate Majority leader tell us about the future?

Elizabeth Hospital disqualifies me as a (SELF RESPECTING JEW)... It does not.. My position and the position of most of my family members (Is what it Is)... As a self respecting Jew I would never support a person whose own spiritual mentor blames me and my family for America's problems... He sold them online and in his church lobby...
