Smile Bush is GREAT!!!!!

OMG, I just called Bush GREAT!- WOW..... Lets talk about BUSH... His Laws allow me to PASS my education money to my Kids- as if this 30 year Marine needs college money... I handed my TWO daughters 65K for school.. Grannit, I pulled them out of WWU and one is in Seattle Pacific and the other is in a PT program at Central... I pay very little- wow BUSH is Great!

I receive concurrent receipt- wow- what a pay increase- I do not need it but BUSH was good to us Vets...

Bush provided Tri Care for Life- as most senior citenzens have to beg for a MC Supplement- Bush did me well...

I received a HUGE pay raise- its humbling... as if Osama would do half of this for me..

I asked for nothing after 30 years and got a huge bonus- wow... BUSH Rocks.

I also know Bush is to humble to acknlowledge what He did for me- He under stands we did for him...

Bush Rocks!!!!!!!!

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Good for you serenity! You deserve it all for your service, unlike the ones who stayed home, but have the temerity to demand that "I want it all and I want it now, even though they haven't paid their dues."

I agree that President Bush will be regarded over the long view of history as one of the great Presidents. In addition to what he has done for our troops, his leadership has been tested when the nation was attacked on it's own soil, it has been tested in foreign wars, and it is now being tested in an economic crises. While his detractors bickered at him from the sidelines and demanded that we pull out of Iraq at any cost, he found, fought for and used the "surge," which has enabled us to begin to withdraw in victory. While Congress sits on its hands and enjoys endless recesses, he has devised and implemented a plan to combat the economic crisis, and perhaps to save as much as possible of our investments and retirement plans. He hasn't accepted the conventional notion that he should be a "lame duck" President in his last months in office. While others are merely complaining, when they should be working to solve our serious problems, he's still hard at work seeking and finding solutions. When the closed mindedness of petty partisanship has faded away, and President Bush is viewed in the clear light of history, his achievements will be understood and appreciated.

Serenity, dude, I have to say I'm impressed. "Banned" Nice.

Now, I would suggest that you take a deep breath and try to fit in a little. Agree with people. It makes things a lot easier. They seem to like that.

Then, if you want to say something harsh - just be very obtuse and backslappy. And most importantly remember that you can't criticize anyone - anyone - until you've researched them thoroughly, are fully informed on each facet of their behind-the-avatar life, spoken with them on the phone, had tea, and sent them pictures of your family/pets/StarWars action figure collection. You know, the "walk a mile in my shoes" thing.

It's really a pretty simple formula. Oh yeah, and don't say stupid stuff that will get you banned. I mean - there's that.

If you need help let me know. I'm Smackdaddy; and I'm a recovering troll.

BTW - Bush is a bonehead, but he ain't so bad.

I suppose it would be graceless of me to point out that Bush and Cheney both fit in this group.

Which reminds me. I heard this the other day and was going to post it to the "Jokes" thread, but I think now it belongs here:

Q. Why did the chicken cross the road?

A. To join the Texas Air National Guard.

And speaking of that, I have a question I have always wanted to pose to you military guys (I have to assume that all the militant US conservatives who are so willing to send troops to their deaths have done their time in the military, right? No? Then please go over there and stand under the "Chickenhawk" sign with Bush and Cheney. We'll get back to you.)

Now, then, for the military and ex-military types, especially those who were in, as I was, in the 1960s - before the recent unpleasantness (before 2000, say) what was your opinion of a rich little frat boy whose daddy got him into the ANG so he could dodge the draft and avoid service in Viet Nam?

Don't lie to me. I was there. I heard you. I said the same thing,

Second question - what changed your mind? Or, to put it in conservative anti-Clinton campaign terms, why does character no longer matter to you? My opinion hasn't changed.

Take as long as you like. Please write on only one side of the paper.

Uhhh, Ummmm,
you did realize that the current prez and VP won TWO elections, despite being put up against the brightest bulb on the plant, AND the inventor of the Internet, Mr. ("gimme a Nobel, and a hundred foot houseboat") Al Gore, AND the confirmed war hero, patron saint of all that is french, Mr. John ("Theresa, can we have some dam mustard once in awhile?") Kerry?

While I'm at it...
You keep on kickin' the dog over losing those last two, willya? Maybe you haven't heard, but y'all gots another guy to run against. And the best you can do is some guy thats spent a grand sum of less than 6 months "on the job" and a fella that never misses a chance to put his foot in his mouth. Lord help ya.
