None of the Above!
What would happen if enough people wrote in "None of the Above" on their ballots for each position on that ballot? And it had the majority??
A. Would there be a new election? 
B. Would the previous canidates be stopped from running again? 
C. Could we end up with a better government? 
D. None of the above? 
Any comments??
