It's as least as accurate as comparing Bush to Hilter

Personally, I think it's a reach to compare Obama to any present or former Communist leader. He's far too passive and naively idealistic to ever be like them. Like most of the intelligentsia, he's merely still in love with socialism.

Rockter will become famous soon enough
As someone whom I respected up until now, that Colin Powell individual is beneath contempt.
To desert the party at a time like this is iniquitous.
To fight and to lose is quite one thing, to desert like a traitor before in the last battle is contemptuous.
Colon Bowel is a better name for that creature.
Where there is no loyalty in the last battle, there has never been a man there.
How convenient to switch sides the moment that fighting is needed as defeat is faced.
Heaven help Americans if they had to be defended by those values.... 5 star general indeed.
I have way over-estimated that bozo.
Good riddance.

After the experience of Joe the Plumber, I'm sure most American's are now properly fearful of questioning Obama. Knowing that if they do, they will have their life put under a microscope for all the country to see. That their life will be examined in detail more than Obama's ever has been.

We won't lose the right to free speech, we'll just be too afraid to use it.

Obama plan, It's very simple. If you got a job he's going to take your check. If you don't have a job he's going to give you a check. He thinks it good for the economy to spread it around.

I dont know if you realize it, but what you wrote sounds like it was written by someone whose first allegiance is to their party - and damn anyone who disagrees, even if they are someone as obviously accomplished and patriotic as Colin Powell.

Colin Powell a "traitor"? Get a grip.

I just want to make sure I'm thinking straight... Mike Savage is a good and reasonable man, and Colin Powell is a traitor? Do I have that right?

sck - you really have to learn how to read. He said "like a traitor", not he was a traitor. And furthermore, he was referring to his actions in regards to his supposed party affiliation, not country. Also, in the UK, party affiliation is more of a rigid thing than here in the US (Rock is a Brit). So before you slam Rock, for his opinion of your new hero, you might take that into considerartion. Fortunately for him, he isn't at the mercy of the US media, or I'm sure he would be under investigation for expressing his own opinion.

Sck....pls. don't lump MY calling jg's post BS with others making the Lenin/Stalin connection. I don't make that connection. I think Obama is a far left socialist and opportunist. Not a commie.

As to Colin Powell...he was effectively isolated during his tenure as S.O.S. for Bush and is far more liberal in the Rudy Guiliani type republicanism than most in the current administration. I really like the guy and am not surprised that he feels more comfortable with Obama. Don't agree with him...but so what. He is still a good and patriotic American who has served his country to the best of his abilities. I wish HE were one of our choices for President.
