Lot of time, money & energy being spent by BHO and the DNC over his Birth Cert

What's a little odd is, the 30 day responce period has now past, as of 10/21 and of yet they have not responded to the court, other than just motion after motion to dismiss & delay, oh and with only 15 days left in a very tight race, BHO flies to Hawaii to see a sick grandma ???

I think I know what Biden was refering to when he said we'll be facing a "International Crisis" 6 months after his election.

The test won't be from our enemies, ( unless their enemies are the US citizens ) the test will be our responce to the World wide humiliation of a Consitutional Disaster

maybe the fact that he is not elligible, and he has to drag it out until after the election. if he is not and he wins the election biden becomes the pres, if before the election the dems lose by default.

if he is not and it comes out after the election and he won, it may be scary. i mean how many will flip out and say it was a set up to get the votes. ( by flip out i mean violence ) if he wins and is not i can see a huge law suit by repubs, saying the dnc knew and the whole election is invalid. the rnc is not pushing the issue right now i think for this reason, or maybe he is and the rnc knows it so they wont waste time and money

if you ask me, he is hiding something and i am very suspicious

According to page 4 of my U.S. passport, you can lose your citizenship if you do any of a number of things with the intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship. In other words, all you have to do is say, "Sure I (served in a foreign military / swore allegiance to a foreign nation / etc.), but I didn't intend to relinquish my U.S. citizenship in doing so." It's pretty hard to legally accidentally lose your citizenship.

I suspect McCain isn't pressing this point because it's a non-issue. I further suspect that Biden's words of doom refer to something of actual international import.

I did a little research on this last night after seeing that Bergs admissions filing went unanswered. It seems that the courts have repeatedly ruled that a political candidate cannot be sued by a voter based on the candidate's qualifications. In the courts opinion, the voter has the simple choice of voting for someone else. McCain was sued by someone in NH for the same thing since he was born in Panama, and it was thrown out on the grounds that the plaintiff had no standing in the case.

I still want to know what he's hiding. It would have been so much easier to just prove that he was born in Hawaii. I also want to know what he's hiding about his college years. Why don't we get to look at any of his papers. Is there something in the subject matter of his writings that would turn voters off?

Unlike Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber, the Watchdogs of the Media have decided we know all we NEED to know about Obama. It's no more complicated than that.

Thinking about this on the way to work this morning. If the courts rule that Berg has no standing as he has the choice to vote for another candidate, what happens if Obama is elected? Do we not have the constitutional right to a president who meets the qualifications laid out in the constitution? If Obama is elected, and is not qualified, have my constitutional rights not been violated?
