What kind of Hawaii spiders are these?

We saw these on the Kona area of the big island. Anyone know what kind they are?

The top one is the Hawaiian Sugarcane spider I do believe the other is the Hawaiian Crab spider....

Thanks Jody,

We saw a whole heard of those crab spider thingies in a section of trees. There must have been 50 of them in an area the size of a room with all their webs interconnected. It just gave me the creeps of even thinking about walking off the beaten path into the bush!

We didn't see any of the custom cockroaches John. Good thing because the spiders creeped me out enough.

If there on board there good luck unless of course you have a banana on board than all bets are off stay clear. PEACE They are beautifull.

Jody's right. The top one is definitely a Hawaiian Sugar Cane Spider. Here's another photo of it:

The second is a crab spider according to this flickr set..
