okay first on friday the judge in PA said berg did not have standing to request proof obama is a natural born citizen . my question is why does a US citizen not have standing to see if the person running for POTUS is elligible. now there are several other suits in other states asking the same thing.
new news, yesturday the HI governor has sealed the obama BC, ordered the health officer not to release it to any one. now why would she a repub do that? maybe obama when there served a legal paper to her to make her do it. maybe its fake and she is on his side. maybe its now locked up to protect it from theft or modification.
and here is a real kicker i read some where. if you remember obama was adopted by mr Soetoro, if his name was changed to barry soetoro like some say, including his school paper work from Indonesia. and when his mother divorced mr soetoro but did not change ( a legal name change ) obama's name back that would make obama's real legal name barry soetoro, not obama. in a divorce the court changes the wife's name if she wants legally but not the children. that would make obama not a real person, ie you cant run for office under anything but your legal real name. when they returned she may have just started using barack again... maybe. but the crazy part is this is something that could be a mistake and barack may not have known it till recently. if he was adpoted his BC would be amended in many states to show the adopted name.

The real jamb up seems to be that he travelled to Pakistan as Barry Soetoro with an Indonesian passport. That makes him Indonesian. He has since then not taken any oath to become an American citizen nor has he renounced his Indonesian citizenship legally. He is still an Indonesian! At the very least he holds dual citizenship which also disqualifies one for POTUS.
I'm sure that this is some kind of smear as well....

soul sailor, that BC is a print from around 2007 iirc. it has been examined by document fraud guys and they say it is a fake, weither it is or is not we dont know. honestly how hard would it be to bribe someone in the office to print a BC, it might never check out but you would have it in hand.
even if it is real why is he not showing the hospital copy, why fight it for 2 months show it and its over with.
my problem beside political beliefs with him is he is a swindler, he wont show his BC, he wont release his college stuff, we wont release anything that normally is released by candidates, what is he hiding

Remember the "Bush is stupid, he barely passed at Yale" campaign issue regarding one of his opponents? It wasn't 'till the election was over until the opponents records miraculusly appeared and lo & behold, Bush actually outscored his "intellectually superior" opponent? (but he did score a 77 in all things french..)
