Hope you got out to Vote today...

Hey Guys...

I hope you all get a chance to get out and vote today. It is November 4, 2008, election day in the United States...

I don't care who you vote for, but if you have the right and the ability to vote and don't, personally, you deserve whatever the government does to you that you disagree with....

This is the day to say what you can about what happens in our government...

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Ok, Fox news just had me laughing my ass off.

Here's the situation.... It's late tonight, the final counts are in and it looks like a clear win for Obama.

However, a few days later when they start counting the electoral college votes... it's a dead heat, 270 - 270. A tie.

Now it has to go to the House and Senate.

The Senate will award the Presidency to Obama... that's a given based on voting in the Senate.

The House will look it over and some Dems will go with the Republicans giving a TIE in the HOUSE.

Cheney will break that tie giving the VICE PRESIDENCY to Palin.

Effectively we could have an "Obama-Palin Administration"!
