Any RC Sailors out there?

I have always been interested in the "Footy" class of RC sailboats but never saw a design I liked until I ran across this:

MICROYACHTS

I have several RC sailboats and they are fun to race but too big to travel with.
The Footy class is 12" (1 Foot) long and can be built to easily disassemble for travel. They have Footy active racing fleets all over the World.
Their performance is incredible, scale speeds in the 20's/kts.!

These would be great fun for racing in a pool or even at an anchorage or off a beach.
I plan on briinging this Footy and a couple of different rigs on my sailing vacations for "armchair sailing" with a cold one when the conditions are right.

This builder is not cheap but by far the best looking, best quality and best performing "Footy" out there.

TJK has a 21' LOA sailing dinghy that he sails via RC... SWAY... since sway is clearly a radical conservative.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I was thinking about a Nirvana.

Reasonably priced....

Just don't think I'd have the time though.

I haven't sailed an RC sailboat, but I have sailed one of these:

My cousin's husband has a pair of them... but he gets slaughtered by me, since he doesn't know how to sail. He kills me on the helicopters though.

I used to be into the whole r/c thing, I have heard good things about the Nirvana especially for beginners. There is a very good forum called rcgroups which has tons of info its giant compared to sailnet all for r/c. Anything r/c is loads of fun to tinker with during the winter when you cant really sail.
some footy class links are:

Hey!!
That 507 from the Aussies looks really cool and very affordable for a travel RC boat!!
What's nice is it comes complete with everything!
I am probably still getting the custom built boat from Microyachts, it is just sooo cool, the 507 may be better for travel the way it is modular and assembles so easily!!
can't wait to mount a mini video camera on them and sail in the aqua waters of the BVI's with them!!

I like it but its outta my price range and I'd rather Start a little bit smaller and build up to like a victoria class next so i can race it at the local pond. But that is a kick ass boat, one guy on youtube made his boat have a canting keel so it went **** fast search it on youtube.
