Alright - that's it! Seriously, man, I LOVE a good fight (as you may know) but at some point when "the point of it all" is lying on the canvass, unconscious, with a bloody mess for a face - it's time for the next fight. Right?
Man, in the hood, that's when the kicking starts.

Alex is away for a few days. I'll say thanks on his behalf. He does seem to be recovering nicely.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Cut off from the land that bore us, betrayed by the land we find, where the brightest have gone before us and the dullest remain behind, .......but stand to your glasses, steady,.......tis all we have left to prize, raise a cup to the dead already, hurrah for the next that dies

gdecon is on a distinguished road
Last anomoly w,r,t the "firm that may not be named"

Cam, After considerable surprise when I saw your announcement, I spent an hour or so plowing through the discussion and some off-site history.

It does strike me as a final anomaly that the threat which lead to your stepping down appears to have been removed. Whatever we may think of Lawyers, they're not wont to take distasteful cases pro-bono. Since "f-t-s-n-b-named" is being brought to court for failure to pay their lawyers bills, I suspect they'd have trouble bringing action against sailnet.

Thanks for your efforts.

Gdecon...the prez is a lawyer there and a couple of hundred bucks will get you a lawsuit that has to be defended out of state by sailnet. I could go on more but will not do so here. Thanks for the kind words.
