Angry Can you Prove What I'm Thinking?

Give a little thought to what I say and you will know what I mean. But you can't prove it. No one can.

Sometimes examples need to be made.

Word of mouth is such a powerful information source. It can be the difference between someone buying or not buying a product.

More importantly, it is one of the most fundamental forms of First Amendment speech, the right for a community to express within itself the experiences and opinions the members have about... anything.

When that right is suppressed by outside coercion it drives the expression underground. But that often intensifies the opinions of those forced to hide their speech. Orwell coined the term "double speek" and the citizens under the Soviet Regime used it to good effect. We all know what happened to the USSR.

I propose that everyone, who reads this, intensify the word of mouth about those who would control the speech here and we should spread the word outside of this forum about what has happened and why.

And if a little embellishment should happen, oh well... s*** happens.

See how easy it is; everyone knows the word I just used. But none of you can prove it.

I commend Sailnet and support their actions. I'm new here and I'd like to pile up my post numbers like some of you. Well maybe not like Alex. No one will catch him. I also commend many of the posters here, Cam and Gui, because this stuff is complicated.

Most of all I want to learn. But most most of all I want to get the word out without jeopardizing sailnet.

If anyone responds to this, think to keep it's spirit alive and leave out mention of names of anyone or any company, lest you get it wrong, if you get my meaning.
