Friking Ice Storm! I got on I-94 and there was literally NO pavement under my tires. The twenty minute drive in tool an hour and a half.
Semi trucks can't make it up the small grades we have, sitting dead still spinning their wheels. Jack-knifed trucks, cars in ditches, ramps closed, what a wonderful life. My nevers are shot.

Hey, nice place you got here. I have to agree with Sway though (did I really say that?), it's a bit more posh than my normal haunts. C2- Maybe you should open a back room bar with seperate entrance for those of us that grew up (or hope to one day) in places where peanut shells were on the planked floor, the bar was well worn (dancing on it kinda does that), the band is behind chicken wire, and the staff..., well they're in need of a little polish, like the bar. I also have a few suggestions of taps to add behind the bar. (Even in a quality dive you need good beer.) OK try these on for size: Beamish, Smithwicks, Newcastle, Bass, Tooheys, Kostritzer, and Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse (Dunkel).

I'll throw in a vote for the Newcastle. While you're at it. see if you can import some Caffrey's Irish Creme Ale.

Give me a Sully (the pilot, not the guy from that other place)

Sully = 2 shots of Grey Goose and a splash of Water
