Ok so i may be a bit too new to SN to go off all half cocked like this but.... Can us SN newbies get like a character /actor (read SN screen name/IRL First name) list of all the regulars(read: big-shots who we aspire to be) so when you high and mighty folks with 1k plus posts start using real first names we know who you are talking about?(I'm pretty sure thats the longest run-on sentence ever)
I know of Giu, Sailingdog, Cam, and many others and then hear names like Fred, Alex, and Brian etc(ok so im 99.99% sure that Brian is Sailingdad but anyways...) Because following the politics on this site is A** Loads of fun but kinda confusing, and i would love to be able to understand more the ebb and flow of this site a little better. Also, and maybe this is just me but I think if i Understood who was who i would be able to write much more useful posts(unlike this one) to improve my post count(yes I feel your post count should be a representative of the size of your... boom? and mines way to low at this point).
Lastly if there is such a list on this site somewhere please kick my A** in its general direction and then feel free to keel-haul me.

Can't say im at all suprised by the response, Id post much the same response if i was in said position of holy knowledge, if i hadn't been drinking vodka for the last twelve hours i would remember who i thought alex was(giu?). yes I know rum is the preffered drink of true sailors but im not aboard am i? i did figure out that gui or giu(cant remember which at this point) has a son named fred since i have posted the origional post(that said im entirely in love with his boat after watching some of his vids, but who wouldn't be with the dual helms). and i assume that Xort is Ed (duuuuh) who from the looks of it is a genuine character.

oh, Im not offended in the least, Sorry you got the impression but im the happiest least offendable guy you know(well at least that i know.) I expect to be ridiculed(at the very least) or at least teased(althought i find Sailnetters to be extremely courteous with newbies) for my lack of knowledge especialy with a meager 21 years on the planet. I could NEVER be offended when discussing sailing(or sailing forums , even the off topic sections) I just enjoy giving people a hard time(probably wont win me any friends but i like it none the less).

Aha now I know that Ajari is named Fred (or maybe he is trying to get me confused with apparent abundance of freds on this site)

What's confusing is one person will call someone Malcom and then later, another person will refer to the same person as some sort of sheep lover, so that makes it hard to keep everybody straight.
