Scary. The Delaware is already pretty crazy to navigate with the shipping traffic. Add a couple of 40-50kt ferries and life could get real interesting.

I wonder if they intend to maintain that 50-knot speed through the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal in order to make B'more from north of Philly in two hours?
