I agree that money talks and bs walks when it comes to porfessional athletes. Last weekend Kane from the Chicago Balckhawks was in town and after a night of drinking he and his cousin took a cab home. The fare was $13.80, they gave the driver $15 and when he only had a dollar for change they beat him up. At first he was going to be charged with a felony but yesterday they said it will be a misdemeanor and the charges will be dropped if he stays out of trouble. Last year Marchant Lynch, running back for the Bills, hit some woman with his SUV leaving a bar at 4 am. They caught it on tape and the woman actually rolled right across the hood of his car. 4 days later, after the DA threatened to go after any other players who might have been there he turned himself in saying he didn't realize he hit her. He was fined $100.
