Moving to SoCal...from michigan

Leaving this saturday for cali for who knows how long? My girlfriends brother is a travel nurse and lived there before for a year and is going back there so my and my girlfriend are driving out there with him, taking her car and his. Erin (gf) quit her job and plans to stay for a while, at least the winter, and if she comes back they told her she can have her job back anytime doing healthcare. Shes got a few leads with nurse recruiting at UCLA, and a few others out there.....i have nothing haha

Im going out there to get away from this cold (80 there) and prolly going to eventually find a job out there and stay for a while. Maybe some PDR even, who knows...leaving my sailboat behind right now but its too cold anyways...

**Just thought I would share this with you and see if anyone knows anyone in Orange County (huntington beach, newport, long beach) that will give me a job or help??

Im excited to go, going to take about 38-40 hours to get there with all the snow in colorado but they have family in Vegas that we are going to stop by for a little bit.

A month ago we were going to move to Austrailia because shes an aussie and has tons of family and friends there, but too expensive right now, prolly later.

Let me know if anyone can hook me up with ANY job...i know painless dent repair, sales, markerting, any office job...stuff like that

Can't help with a job, but Welcome to Cali! If you have not been here before, you may fall in love with our weather and never go back. I'm from Ohio, it happened to me. The good news is that this year Winter is scheduled for a Tuesday, so it won't mess up the weekend.
