Where to post trade wanted

I have a 3400 sqft home, 3bdrm,3bath,3car garage w/above large extra room (could be rental or guest house or inlaw home, on 3 acres, purchased for 559,000k with a morgage of 410,00! Looking for a web site to post it for trade to someone with a 35'+ catamaran that wants to trade sraight across and take over payments. Its in Bend Oregon, near 2 ski resorts and 5 or more golf courses. I have looked and would like to find a boat related site to post it on. Thanks in advance.
