Smile Puppies Aboard...can you say.... Aah!..

Boat dogs first litter have their eyes open now..cute little buggers..

For those of you that didn't here the story...My wife felt that after I/we bought the boat "my dream" she could buy "her dream"...an indoor dust mop...

Now being the sharp negotiator that I are...I calmly explained that we would have to live on the boat to make it a fair trade to living with a dog 24/7 ..( we have never had an indoor animal before this)....so we negotiated and compromised like good little hubby and wiffys....she agreed she could learn to live 6 months on the boat and 6 months off if I could learn to live with magic mop full time ....she didn't have to say that twice...so home came Roca....

One day walking down town La Conner I had Roca on a leash...This smartly dressed middle aged couple walking towards us started to grin as they got closer and closer...Finally the guy could not hold it in any more and started to giggle..." Im sorry he said...it's just there is something wrong with this picture"....I knew in a instant what he meant...he was wondering what a macho guy like me was walking the foo foo dog for instead of my wife...

I didn't miss a beat and said "You have know idea"

I don't let on or make to big of commotion that I have gotten to really like the dog this past 3 years but I actually have....an easy trade... ....and these little rascals are pretty cool too .......pups are a first for both of us as well....its all good.

I call them boat buck 1-2-3-&4...

We haven't started to live aboard yet so the way I have it figured were good for a year and a half straight stint saved up already...

The purchase price of a boat is just the admittance fee to the dance...you still have to spend money on the girl...so court one with something going for her with pleasing and desirable character traits others desire as well... or you could find yourself in a disillusioned relationship contemplating an expensive divorce.

Ohhhhhhhh....those kind of puppies.....I was thinking for a moment....hmmmmm ...never mind..I guess this isn't General Anarchy....

btw... do not show that second pic to the Wombet or she'll want one.

Who was Daddy ? I'm thinking we have a somewhat dodgey pedigreed here..

Ah!..I did forget that part didn't I...They are one of these unregistrable "designer dogs" they call them....you know the ones goofy ladies pay WAY too much money for..

Roca is a Yorkie-Poo

Half Yorkshire terrier half Miniature poodle...zero shedding an next to no dander I guess.

We bread her with a Yorkie so these are What?? ....Yorkie Yorkie Poos..

Next time she wants to bread her with another poodle so those will be what?...Poo Poo York's....

Muts anyway you look at it.

St Anna is on a distinguished road
Still,
all the world has admirals going "aaaargh" at your dust mop, however cute she may be.

We have "Minke"

Her usual state 23/24
http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/v...2ndhalf002.jpg

In bad weather prediction mode
http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/v...nna/May005.jpg

Pets take after their owners, I guess
http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/v...a/P8030021.jpg

Minke has had Staffy's quivering, almost ate a Jack Russell terrier recently. SHe is a little tough - (like her 'mum') - both have me a little scared.

I hope you enjoy your fur family.

I'd keep a weather eye out on Minke, St. Anna. She just might be smarter then you! (:-D) Beautiful feline though.

Still and all,
Very cute nauti-dogs. The Yorkie-Pooh looks a lot like a Maltese. Little dogs can have a very big personality and can be very loyal.
