I love that flow chart. I am going to send it to all my co-workers that persist in lecturing me on whatever Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, or Glen Beck is harping on that day.

Love the flow charts in the troubleshooting section of manuals.
Problem is they are at the back and often consulted when the damage is done.
Suspect this fault is generic and relates to the personality of the user, self included.
