Post Top 10 movie comedies of all time?

The admiral and I were trying to figure our top 10 of all time last night. In no particular order, that would have been impossible for us, here is mine:

-Stripes
-Houseguest
-Blazing Saddles
-National Lampon's Vacation
-Young Frankenstein
-The Blues Brothers
-A Fish Called Wanda
-Airplane
-Caddyshack
-The Hangover

What's yours?

Some others I considered...
-Rat Race
-Monty Python Holy Grail
-American Pie
-The History of the World
-Animal House

I like your list. I found myself laughing quite a bit during

"There's something about Mary".

I have a friend or too who don't agree though.

The original Arthur. (The second had some unbelievable lines but it never flowed. The remake didn't work for me.)

The Princess Bride

Road Trip

Most of the comedies Carry Grant was in (the subtle but relentlessly paced wit of movies in those days . . )

A lot of Woody Allen's early work

Educating Rita

Shirley Valentine

Tootsie

Scrouged

Ferris Bueller's Day Off

An Inconvenient Truth

Dr. Strangelove or: how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb

In fact, just about any Peter Sellers movie. (Shoot, a fella' could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff...)

This Is Spinal Tap

Life Of Brian

I would definitely put the Holy Grail in the top 10.

Python's "And Now For Something Completely Different".

The original Ealing Studios "The Ladykillers".

"Captain Ron".

"A Shot In The Dark" - the second (and best) Pink Panther movie.

"Adventures In Babysitting".

"Risky Business" - ("Alright, which one is the U-boat commander?") plus the slide that MADE Tom Cruise.

"Nat. Lampoons Christmas"

I can't narrow it down to 10.
Monty Python is a category all on it's own.
"Austin Powers"
"Rat Race"- if only for the kid with the freshly- pierced tongue and Jon Lovitz driving Hitler's car.
"Blues Brothers'
"Animal House"
"Caddyshack"
"Blazing Saddles"
"History of the World Part I"
"Airplane!"
"Strange Brew"
"The Trailer Park Boys: Countdown to Liquor Day" of course, in some parts of the world this is marketed as a real-life drama, not a comedy.
"The Hangover"
"Office Space"
"MASH"

nope, not fair blj...must be 10!

The first Austin Powers was my favorite by far, and Lovitz in Rat Race was hilarious! The tongue ring was pretty damn funny too!
