I concur 100%. The people I know who own beachfront property would not risk throwing their life away by committing a major felony. Scream at the authorities, yell at the mayor, storm the city council....YES. Blow up a boat? No. As for kids, maybe they'd tag it with spray paint, maybe steal something off it. Blow up a boat? I don't think so. That's scary stuff if you think about it. Most of all, a blown up boat is more of an eyesore than a boat lying on it's side, so I don't get the "irate neighbors" theory. Who they need to look for is a truly crazy person in the area with nothing to lose.....Oops.
