Happy t-day to you as well. We are doing peking turkey on the boat today. Like peking duck, but with turkey.

Happy thanksgiving Jack. Before we backslap to much I'd just like to point out that if Alberta has two NHL teams Ontario should have three ( I'll take just one ).

We can afford two. For that we are thankful.

"Go Leafs, go and take the Argonauts with you."

Just back from Gibson's Landing where we had a Thanksgiving gathering with our club.. a dozen boats took part, rented a hall and had a terrific pot luck Turkey dinner with all the trimmings..

A light run down in a spotty easterly on Saturday, an amazing beachcombing Sunday warm enough that I wore shorts and a tshirt (mid October!!) and today an interesting sail in a combination of Howe Sound outflow winds to 18 knots or so, and an easterly to 15 for a really nice beat home, aside from a heavy rain squall that came through about 6 miles out... the Vancouver skyline disappeared, as did most of the freighters in the bay for a half hour or so..

Got a little(OK, a lot) wet but sailed the distance and didn't give up much to those that chose to motor! Gotta like that!!
