The best Part of Christmas dinner

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best part of Christmas dinner-
leftover turkey sandwiches. Turkey gets better after it has aged another day or so. Throw a couple of slabs of white meat onto a pannini or kaiser bun, add some bermuda onion, leftover stuffing, maybe some leftover mashed potato, even cranberies if you got 'em, that's some damn good eatin' right there, I don't care who you are.

(Personally, for full guilty pleasure effect, I'm throwin down the turkey onto toasted sourdough slathered in Miracle Whip. Best eaten over the kitchen sink with a bottle of Brador. Caleb knows what I'm talkin' bout.)

I like to keep it simple - none of that exotic stuff like onions - there should have been enough in the stuffing. The mashed potatoes should be reserved for the hot leftover turkey & gravy dinners.

Two slices of good, white bread - not too coarse. Mayo on one, cranberry sauce on the other. Turkey slices on one, stuffing on the other (or Forcemeat for anyone of English heritage). Salt & pepper, fold together & eat. Do it again.

I'm already done with day 2.

Left over turkey can be a real treat whether you like the light or dark meat.
Slathered in mayo or served up neat it has always been a welcome treat.

Sweet baby cheeses this beer website says that Brador is a malt liquor: Molson Brador
People will think I'm a lusch. The Quebecois love it though.
Another current favorite brew of mine is Dale's Pale Ale: Oskar Blues Dales Pale Ale
which gets labeled as an American Pale Ale but has even more ethanol then Brador's.
They'd both go well with left over turkey or turkey soup.
Yum!
