Can you name this boat?

I came across a boatyard queen the other day and I cannot id it. It is approximately 24-26 ft in length, molded fiberglass, full keel, keel-hung rudder, and the most interesting inboard auxiliary placement-at an angle to the center line and exits the hull on the starboard side of the keel. There is a molded sheer stripe with the letter "M" appearing close to the stern on either side. I will upload/attach some pics if possible. Any guesses?

Looks like a Marieholm (sp?) Folkboat. Here's a link:

A Marieholm International Folkboat Page

They also made other boats in that size range, Google brings up some examples.

You can also check on yachtworld. They have one listed in New Orleans that looks like its twin. Sailboatdata will give you more information on them as well.

Setting looks familiar, is that McCotters Marina?

Re: Can you name this boat?

Yes, you are correct SecondWindNC. I checked with them this afternoon as to who owns the Mareiholm 26 (aka Folkboat). and they basically said the owner might be taking some "time off" from boating. It is unfortunate because the engine was replaced very recently and I noticed some moisture on the inside of the portlights and you know what that usually means.
