IIRC, the hull number is located on the stern - port side just below the rubrail. The badge you refer to is a builder's plate. Bristol Bronze makes Pearson Builders Plates in silicon bronze if you want to replace the factory plastic one.

P30 "Yare"

I once owned a P30 and she was a great boat. er name was "Yare" and I believe she was built in 1971 but I don't know the hull number. I built a custom nav station and installed hot water. She also had wooden spreaders and light blue decking/white hull/tiller steering. Anyone on this thread own her now? Just wondering where she ended up.
Thanks

Mine is a '74 and it s #517. I really like the bronze builders plate. That would make a nice Christmas present.

Hello All!!
I am also the proud new owner of a 1974 Pearson 30, #644. She is currently in Rock Hall, MD on the hard, with a sandblasted bottom just complete (gelcoat looks great!) and all deck hardware removed and rebed. I'll leave her there for the winter, move her to the Havre de Grace/Aberdeen Area in the Spring for her permanent home. Love her lines and can't wait to get barrier coat, bottom paint in Spring and launch her. Currently unnamed, as the bride and I figure that one out! Cheers!
