James Island, San Juans. The float is in.
The state typically takes the float out for the winter. Looks like they didn't do it this year, as I noticed it was still in back in November and again today (Jan 27th) .
Good time of the year to beat the crowds to this popular marine park. Beware of the resident racoons though.
