Nobody has mentioned sunglasses. Really important in preventing cataracts.Quality counts more than price. I like polarized and still have a few years before the operations.

Sailing is when I first started wearing sunglasses. I used to hate them but realized with the water reflecting I would otherwise destroy my eyes. And yes polarized. Two pair. Has.
