sensor on Yanmar 4JH3E

We have an oil leak on the sensor on the starboard side of our Yanmar 4JH3E engine, on PSC40 hull no 54.

The sensor is not standard Yanmar issue and we cannot identify the manufacturer or serial number so that we can order a new one.

If anyone recognises the sensor from the attached picture, we would appreciate any information that might help!
