Cockpit Cushions

I love them cushions! they got old and the foam was exposed and blackened in a couple of places - punctures, scratches. so after washing them as clean as possible, I took them to a car upholsterer and had a new removable cover put over them. now they look new! I have Velcro openings on the sidesfir easy removal of the covers. on a recent 2,100 nm long trip (hong kong to northwest japan), I stowed them in the front cabin together with other stuff not actively used. that space is where I sleep when living on board, but underway it I'd not the most comfy area.
