Coolant

I own a 1989 Crealock powered by a Yanmar 3HM35F. Would appreciate someone giving me a detailed how-to on changing the coolant. Don't know which of the drain hoses on the block to use. One has a pet-**** (upper) and the other (lower, just back of the secondary filter) has a threaded knob.
