Fuel fill hose
Hello all...I had a dumb thing happen to me. As I was adding fuel to the tank (through the deck fill) the plastic fill tube/spout popped off and dissapeared down the fuel fill hose! I can't think of any other way to get it out other than to remove the fill hose ( a very large project!) Does anyone know if the palstic spout sitting in the hose will cause any problems? I don't think it would have made it all the way to the fuel tank because the fill hose makes a curve before it get's to the tank and the spout is about 7" long and won't be able to make the turn. I'm thinking about leaving it there....anyone's thoughts? Thanks!

Except for possibly restricting/slowing the filling process....I cant think of any problems it would create in the line.
If it gets in your tank it may or may not be able to plug your supply line.
It may make an annoying noise banging around inside.

How about a SS welding rod (they come at up to 3ft. length), with a hook bent on the end, and try to "fish" it out. Of course put a larger loop on the other end, so you won't end up with one more thing in the fuel line.
If you have children, it would also keep them busy for a while;) .
Good luck!
