Steering Cables for a 34

Greetings everyone.

I have a 1987, 34, #68.

I want to replace the steering cables.

The setup is a Yacht Specialties.

Am looking for step by step instructions on how to remove and replace.

Also sources for cables and parts if needed.

I checked the archives but did not locate anything.
