Closed on the Crealock 37 yawl today

Well I finally closed on the boat today. Thanks for everyone's help in deciding if this was the boat for me or not. Next adventure: Tucking the boat to the Ches Bay.

Congratultions Brokesailor. Even though it's been eight years since we bought our boat I can still remember the feeling of relief when we finally "pulled the trigger" and she was ours, for good or for bad. Eight years and many projects later and still no regrets. Have fun, that's what it's about.

Congrats - it was a long haul, but I am glad you worked it out. I will miss seeing her on my walks, but glad she will have someone to take care of her.

Congrats! I have the 37 on my wish list for "someday". Pics would be great and any info on her would be a bonus.

Add mine to the congratulations. Does this mean you should now revise your name from "brokesailor" to "brokersailor"?

Like the others, pictures would be welcomed...and let us know where you plan to keep her on the Bay.

Best,
