Not PSC related per se.. but I'm kinda split on this one.
On one hand, with people routinely furling headsails by rolling them up the convenience of being able to instantly and under load move the genoa lead to match the 'new' sail configuration is going to be smoother, avoid flogging the sail, avoid leech/foot flutter and likely extend its life.
OTOH if I'm cruising maybe the 30 seconds it takes to luff and adjust the car is no big deal, and the $$$$ could be better used somewhere else...
