Quarterberth Crealock 37

How do you get in and out of the quarterberth without ripping all the sheets off in the process or hurting your back if you are not so limber?

You might consider a strong handrail right above the berth, and swing into it feet first. Kind of like a olympic style bar dismount without the backflip (unless the bar isn't strong enough ).

People go in and out of quarter berths? I only ever seen a bunch of junk in them...
