Sump probes

I have these sump level probes that have a tube coming off the top. My surveyour says they work based on water pressure as they become submerged. On one of them the tube came off and I can't it back on. Either the smaller sized tip broke off ofr there is some kind of reducer I'm missing. I tried to take a picture. Does anyone have any info on this type of probe so I can research parts?
