I'm not really sure. This boat was one caught up in the re-purchase of the company by Steve Brodie. Steve pointed out the rail to me when I saw her for the first time, but it didn't occur to me to ask if that was now standard. I have a feeling he can do it both ways. This has also been the last 37 built. There have been a couple of 34's, but I don't know how their rails were designed.

Nice boat. There is a 37 across from us that cruised down to Mexico. They are up in the Broughtons right now. We may meet up with them later in July up in Desolation Sound. They buddy boated with another 37 when they were down south. That 37 doesn't have the teak rub rail around the hull. That really changes the appearance of the boat.
