Smile 303

I am looking to buy a 30 footer to sail the great lakes and have found two 303 to consider. Both are 84's with the 4'4" keel, 13 hp engine priced in the low 20's. I am looking for owner advice, information, do you like your boat?, anything I can find out about the boat. I posted this in the main message board but was told I would get a better reply in the Pearson list which I hope this is going to. Thanks for any feedback

I've had my 83 P303 for approximately 10 years now and am crazy about it. If you are into racing I can only say that it isn't very fast. That said it is roomy, stable, solid and forgiving. I am in the process of taking mine to the Caribbean. Hope this information doesn't come to late for you. CJ
