storm damaged P-36 K/CB

I have recently acquired a 36' Pearson Keel/Centerboard that has some cosmetic damage. Photos on bshmarine.com/extras. I cannot decide whether to repair or sell. How does this boat sail?
The shallow draft with centerboard is a great idea for around here, Pensacola, FL.
Any potential problems I should look for?
Any owners in the FL Panhandle, lower AL area?
