Pearson 365 ketch cruising characteristics

I am looking for a shoal draft cruising ketch to take south from Cape Cod. I have seen a number of Pearson 365's (ketch rig) for sale and was wondering how seaworthy they are. Are they quite tender due to the shallow draft? How are they in heavy sea conditions? Are there any characteristics that I should be aware of?
Thanks, in advance!

SailorMitch will become famous soon enough
Jamie -- The 365 is a venerable Pearson cruiser, quite popular. People have sailed them just about everywhere. You can get some direct info from owners by posting this same question on the Pearson email list here on Sailnet. Most people on the email list don't bother paying attention to the BB's. If you IM me, I also can put you in direct contact with a couple of owners.

There is also an active Pearson ower's website and I know of one guy over on the SSCA board that just bought one to go cruising full time. Seach SV Third Day over there.
